Jika kamu suka jalan-jalan di Mall Jakarta, tentunya sudah pernah lihat drugstore brand yang satu ini, Bourjois. Brand kosmetik asal negera yang memiliki bahasa yang paling sexy dan romantis.. Paris! Bourjois (dibaca Bur-jo-a) bisa kamu jumpai seperti di Sogo Department Store, Metro Department Store, serta Watson. Walaupun termasuk dalam kategori drugstore, Bourjois memiliki produk-produk unggulan yang sempat menjadi incaran banyak beauty blogger ataupun makeup lovers loh.. Siapa yang tidak tahu dengan their famous Rouge Velvet lipstick?
Hingga kini Rouge Velvet pun masih banyak peminatnya karena warnannya yang pigmented, tidak lengket dan percaya deh beli satu saja itu tidak cukup hehehe.. Oh ya, kini shade warna untuk Rouge Velvet Edition juga semakin banyak karena sudah hadir warna-warna baru seperti Happy Nude Year, Beau Brun, Don’t Pink of it, So Hap Pink dan masih banyak lagi. Siap – siap jadi semakin pusing waktu memilih ya!
Tidak hanya Rouge Velvet-nya saja yang “melegenda”, produk lainnya yang cukup banyak mendapat good review dari banyak orang dan beauty blogger yaitu their foundation dan blushes-nya. Bourjois memiliki dua macam blushes yaitu powder blush dan crème blush. Tetapi as far as I know crème blush-nya tidak tersedia di Indonesia.

Packaging
Comes in small round plastic pot tub packaging with flip off lid. Their blush packaging is color coded, indicating the shade of the blush inside even though is not 100% similar. When you open the packaging looks Ok however the size is so small, I do prefer a medium size packaging so it gives me a full swirl to brush which is quite hard to do with this blush because it's packaging.
Namun packaging dari blush ini memiliki magnetic snap yang cukup kuat ketika packaging dalam keadaan tertutup, sehingga membuat blush ini mudah dibawa kemana-mana tanpa harus cemas tutupnya akan terbuka.
Shade, Texture, Finish and Longevity
Warna yang saya pilih kali ini adalah Rose éclat number 15. Is a dark pink with a slight terracotta undertone. Little round pot blush ini memiliki sedikit fine gold shimmer pada blushnya, namun akan menghilang ketika diaplikasikan pada pipi. Tekstur dari blush ini juga smooth dan pigmeted (not bad at all considering this is a drugstore product) dan ketika saya menggunakannya dengan blush brush, powder blush ini memiliki roses scent dan bagi saya bukan suatu hal yang mengganggu because I don’t mind to use scented products.

The only thing that I don’t like from this blush is I have to swirl my brush quite hard to get the products onto the brush dan pada waktu saya membeli di counter Bourjois di Sogo Pim 2, semua blush yang dijual ada dalam posisi terbuka dan dipajang. Awalnya saya berpikir itu hanyalah tester karena SA nya pun mengambil beberapa blush yang dipajang dan mengijinkan saya untuk mencoba warnanya dengan tangan. Ketika membeli, SA nya mengambil blush yang terbuka dan ada di display. Maybe that’s why I have to swirl my brush quite harder? I don’t know.
On the other hand, the result from this blush is sheer but not chalky. I need to build it up to achieve my desired opacity and it stays for about up to 5 hours without fading or getting blotchy on my combo skin and it begins to fade slowly but not completely.
Overall
I got mine from Sogo Pondok Indah Mall 2 Rp 166.000,- for 2.5 grams of product. This blush is blendable and the finish is pretty. Tight magnetic snap and very small packaging makes this blush easy to carry in your bag or purse. There are 12 shades available and I will add another shades to my blush collections.
